It is difficult to believe that all these Venezuelans arrive in Chicago and somehow find means of transportation out to the Macy’s in Oak Brook where they immediately start stealing high end items. There is something larger going on. Are the being recruited into a theft ring that quickly? They aren’t from this country but immediately know where to go? And what would they do with all that Ralph Lauren merchandise other than sell it? What the heck is going on here?
