If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.

So, each school is required to have a “safety plan that includes other types of support”. Would that “support” be private security firms owned by friends and family of CTU or city council members?
