Equity is simply redressing past discrimination, usually far past as in decades, by applying discrimination currently.

Time for merit to make a comeback. Time for DEI charlatans to learn to code.

Equity is newspeak for taking from those that have achieved something, and those that have had the opportunity to do so since 1964, and giving it on a silver platter to those that haven’t made the effort to do anything.
