Jussie Smollett asks Illinois Supreme Court to toss conviction for staging hate crime attack – CBS2 (Chicago)

The actor, who is Black and gay, has claimed he was the victim of a racist and homophobic hate crime in Streeterville in 2019. He was eventually convicted on five counts of disorderly conduct in 2021, and was sentenced to 150 days in jail. He spent only six days in custody before he was released while he appealed his case.

Did he ever pay the fine for filing a false police report and the subsequent investigation? Doubtful.

The real question is who is paying Juicy Smollet’s legal bills? Are the hateful and elite woke so spiteful of justice that they feel that Juicy must be exonerated for his farce?

This guy had a nervous breakdown the last time he was sent away for this CRIME, and couldn’t handle it for a week! Send him away to finish the sentence.
