Johnson Promises to Spend All of Chicago’s Federal COVID-19 Relief Funds, With Focus on ‘Disinvested’ Communities – WTTW (Chicago)

In all, Chicago spent just 29%, or less than $160 million, of what city officials said they would spend on a host of programs including affordable housing, mental health, violence prevention, youth job programs and help for unhoused Chicagoans. “We’re going to make sure that the communities that have been impacted the most by gross disinvestment, that those dollars reach those communities,” Mayor Brandon Johnson said. “We’re going to make sure that resources actually get to the neighborhoods and to the people who are most impacted by, unfortunately, the long history of disinvestment in this city.”

This clown makes it very clear that any tax dollars are to go to non- whites. Whites are only useful as a source of revenue in the new “Chocolate City “ mayor Raggedy rules ( through the CTU and Taxwinkle).

Here are the ‘Rules’ Obama, Biden, Pritzker, Lighfoot, Johnson, and Leftist Democrats have mastered: The Five Rules of Propaganda 1. The rule of disfiguration – discrediting the opposition by crude smears and parodies. 3. The rule of transfusion – manipulating the consensus values of the target audience for one’s own ends. 4. Or, in otherwords the remaining $400 mil is CTU/Brandon’s equity hustle slush fund for him to reward his buddies….look for a $big chunk$ of COVID bucks to go to CTU/Stacey’s “sustainable schools”

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
