A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
An overweight billionaire person of joosish faith has zero shot. The Democrat Party plays identity politics. That’s just what they do. Right now, in this atmosphere, his identity is toxic, and I don’t see how he overcomes it nationally. He’s got to convince the arabs in Dearborn, the blacks in Georgia, the young BIPOC college student Berkeley, that his unequivocal support for Israel, and his billions of dollars, won’t be a problem. He’s a dollar short and a day late to this race. He’s got no shot and all the news you hear about him is likely paid PR.
But he has lots of money to try and buy the Presidency. For fatboy this presidential ‘dream’ all started in early 2019 with the Bloomberg for President campaign. Pritzker watched and thought to himself, “Look how Bloomberg did and I’m MUCH richer than he is. Let’s see how far I can get with that much more money.”
It’s the consultants feeding his delusion.
Let’s be realistic. Most midwestern states are red. Which would go for Pritzker? MN. What southern states would go for Pritzker? Pritzker is not telegenic like Newsom. The Pritzker name, offshore accounts, and money have a certain odor attached. And Penny Pritzker is catching a lot of heat over her Harvard gig. Pritzker is a success in IL because of union support and the fact that the Democrats control all aspects of state government. Accompanying article says IL most hated state, by other states. Go to other states, say you’re from IL, people turn away. Pritzker is dreaming.
On top of this, he’s a billionaire Israel supporter, which is toxic, completely toxic, in many Democrat circles. I think the democrat party is still in denial how much today’s under-35 Democrat crowd sides with the Palestinians and vehemently against Israel. In many youth circles and especially circles with BIPOC, even showing minor support for israel is as taboo as supporting Trump. And this has been simmering under the surface for years.
