A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Perhaps money donated to the ACLU that pushed to have the mentally ill wandering around in public would be better spent keeping them confined and reduce. the dangers they represent to themselves and everyone else. No virtue signaling t shirt for doing that, though. Sorry.
