A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Short lived at best. Crime is going up, up and away (just like taxes).
CPS only teaches criminals skills; normal students are a thing of the past.
Nothing happens if they are caught, no bail or no jail.
