Opening of Obama Presidential Center Delayed, Again, Until Spring 2026 – WTTW (Chicago)

Obama in 2015 picked Chicago’s Jackson Park to be the home of his privately run presidential library, with an original opening date set for 2021. Most of Obama’s predecessors opened their libraries within five years of leaving office; his is now set to open 14 years after he left the White House.
