Just like CPS teachers aren’t required to be “functionally literate” college graduates, Cook County judges aren’t required to be competent and ethical attorneys.
Let’s not forget Biden’s current nominee for US Attorney, April Perry, is tarred by the same Smollett/Fox scandal. She likely wouldn’t pass the bar association’s “competency” criteria, and her approval delayed.
The Biden Junta operates the largest spoils system the federal government has ever seen. Every position is a plug and play based on loyalty, not on competency. Biden’s FAA nominee had zero experience with aviation. Phillip Washington was a DIE nominee who had experience with Airports, like Ted Cruz said he was “…in charge of coffee shops, clothing stores and newsstands…” but simply had no experience with airline safety which is the entire purpose of the FAA. Pete Buttigeg is the best and most high profile example of this. He had zero experience in transportation, other that “loving airports” like he said, and within weeks of being on the job, he took 3 months of maternity leave for his purchased child. And no one even knew he was on maternity leave!
There is nobody unqualified to be a judge in Cook County. There is no limit how insane, corrupt, low IQ, and corrupt. Yes, I said corrupt twice.
The judges just delay and continue cases, for years, until the cases fall apart. Rather than make a judgement.
The judges use coded language, over and over, in their effort to just say “pay me”. Some lawyers understand the language, others pretend they don’t.
Sadly, I have business before the Cook County fecal court.
The only qualification to be judge in cook county is a pledge to support the Democrat Party.
Identify politicians who ARE qualified – it will be a short list.
You need NO qualifications to run for office, only financial backing. A perfect example is Brandon Johnson – incompetent and clueless.
