I liked this conversation. You missed the most important flaw of DEI and the simplest criticism: who gets the final say of what’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive?
Obviously certain groups will never be included: whites, heteros, Christians, Jews. They are the oppressor / enemy and must be destroyed! Lies, distortions, etc are acceptable under DEI as long as they supply narrative and support the agenda. Smash the 4 Olds!

It really is. These ultra-elites, ultra-wealthy are all in bed together. DIE is so lower classes look for a racist (inevitably) white, (inevitably) heterosexual bogeyman under every bed. Then they can fight amongst themselves, while elites continue enriching themselves at taxpayer expense, and consolidating their power over regular folks.
