Chicago is likely incurring similar vendor-charges, if slightly less amount, per day/migrant. Was the new officer ever homeless? Unless you were in their shoes you do not have first hand knowledge of what it is like to be homeless. I am referring to the many who have been homeless for years now not the new jumpers which are much different than the long term homeless.

Gee, think of the payroll costs, the employee benefits and pension contribution costs, the office space costs, the cars, and gas, and car insurance, the credit cards for meals and travel… BJ has created more City of Chicago “make work” public-sector jobs.
