How about new leadership that actually cares and doesn’t drive business out of the city and Illinois…….a lot of business’ train their own people for their companies ………..if the companies were still here!!!
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
