“Failing to prosecute” only applies to those with a special card with the word “race” on it.

Mere possession of an unregistered machine gun is a federal offense; so why are Garfinkle and his jackbooted thugs failing prosecute the offenders? Ten years and $10k fines should be mandatory. Perhaps a huge spike in black gang machine gun shootings near the coming Democratic convention would be great!

They are very, very concerned about guns used in violent crimes. Just not concerned enough to prosecute anyone for having an illegal gun.

Yes, and the feds are super-concerned about the ‘gun show loopholes’ now too even though the is scant evidence those guns are later used in crimes.
