‘Allowed to be outraged today:’ Mayor issues statement after girl, 8, killed in mass shooting – NBC5 (Chicago)

The Community Safety Coordination Center has developed an initial response plan, which will include a mass canvassing event with the purpose of providing the community access to behavioral teams, victim services and case management; and financial support for the family of the child who died.

Why didn’t our new strict gun laws prevent this tragedy? Can a Democrat chime in about this? I’d like an honest answer.

Actually Brando, people are allowed to be outraged every day, and they don’t need your approval. Many are outraged at the never ending incompetence and arrogance that you display every day. Please, just shut up and get one thing right.

Hot off the WSJ press is this article —-about homicide dropping dramatically in all cities nationwide. Except for Chicago which only shows a 7% decrease in 2024 and we are still homicide capital of USA for big cities by a long shot. Absolutely rock-bottom morally despicable.
