A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I think “progressives”, along with everyone else, in Chicago are waking up to the scam that they are being “new machine” played as the public sec hero class, from CTU to SEIU, to FOP–it doesn’t matter, are cleaning up with ZERO collective bargaining required $contracts$ while “progressives” get their token ordinance crumbs…many of which are business killers. It will be interesting to watch what CTU gets in pay & benefits vrs “bargaining for the common good” stuff in new contract?, who gets what out of remaining $375 mil COVID $bucks$?, who gets what out of Brando’s $1.25 bil bond deal… Read more »
