A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
The Streeterville resident said Streeterville may be one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. However, if you can’t walk outside without worrying about being mugged, you’re not in a safe neighborhood. Still, that resident may be correct. If so, what does that say about the other Chicago neighborhoods?
