Seems like the Illinois Constitution says otherwise. If she is convicted of a felony relating to something she did regarding her office she will lose her pension. If she did something outside of her regular duties like drunken driving and killing someone in the process the pension will not be touched. If Madigan/Burke eventually get convicted of a felony they will lose their pensions.
