Is this what CPS was teaching kids to do all year? Well guess what, schools out and the little hellions will be out doing this crap all summer. Send a thank you note to Mayor Root Cause and the CPS. You can send one to the parents too, if you can find them.

No fan of the CPS and their love of Venezuelan socialism, but I’m sure there have been 11 year old robbers throughout history, regardless of what their school did. Family, friends and being a sociopath would all be bigger influences.

Doing nothing when these animals rob people on the train is not the answer for the criminal or the tax payor. First secure the environment, make it safe… Read more »

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Audio here.
