You need to start arresting and locking underage offenders and stop send them home to their guardian, just to repeat offenses. There are no consequences for their actions, so why would they stop committing crimes?
This holds true for just about anything going on in Chicago. Let’s not hold the violators accountable, let’s make everyone pay the price for those that cant and give them every excuse as to why there behavior is what it is. I think once every one realizes that there are consequences to their actions and that they will be accountable them maybe we will see a drop in violence. Instead of spending millions in migrants, how about redirecting that money toward increasing a police presence and more training.
