Yes illinois need more tech hubs all the last ones turned into great semi distribution hubs.

IBM couldn’t design an AI platform to effectively order French fries, but will successfully deliver an anti- financial fraud tool. Yeh, there are other players, but once again JB’s choices are interesting.
