Chicago shuts down cooling centers on fourth day of heat wave – Chicago Sun-Times

City officials have also advised people to seek shelter at Chicago’s more than 80 public libraries this week, but all those locations will be closed for the day as well.

That’s Chicago. Celebrate Black history and culture by taking away the only recreation for the kids during a heat wave. Just keep voting for the status quo.
