A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I hereby borrow a phrase from Dean Wormer to describe Chicago’s leadership response to violence in Chicago, “Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life.”
