With this investment being called the next step in the state's renewable energy plan, Gov. Pritzker was asked about the goal he set through the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act — which calls for 100 percent clean energy in Illinois by 2050. He said, "We're actually in one of the best positions to be able to achieve that. Let's start with 53-54 percent of our power comes from a clean energy source already—and that's our nuclear reactors."
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Oh boy lots of new copper conductors to steal and sell at the good ol scrap yard.
