The gatherings have become a fixture of Chicago summers in the last decade, springing up via social media flyers. While organizers in their public invitations share plans to dance, box or make YouTube videos, sometimes the gatherings have devolved into chaos and violence. Ald. Daniel La Spata raised concerns over the policy’s potential to accidentally crack down on protests, such as the pro-Palestine encampments that popped up at Chicago universities this spring.
Calling these youngins a mob action and baby Capones is certainly wrong. An unruly and out of control mob and adult Capones
Would better fit the bill.

Another waffle from mayor Playa and another communist in socialist garb aldercritter that sees a crackdown on large, unruly groups as a threat to the dogma of a constant state of chaos as being central to gaining control.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
