Gov. JB Pritzker has a spiffy, new video out ahead of the Democratic National Convention coming to Chicago in two weeks.
“After years of Republican failure, Illinois Democrats have turned our state around,” he says in it.
Democrats have held majorities in both houses of the Illinois General Assembly for 21 years and super majorities in both houses for 11 years. A Democrat has been governor for 17 of the last 21 years. Chicago has not had a Republican mayor for 93 years, and Republicans have not held a majority of the Chicago City Council for over 100 years. Cook County has not had a Republican Board of Commissioners president in 55 years, and Republicans have not held a majority of that board for over 90 years.

Pritzger wants a seat at the table, namely in the cabinet of Haris Walz. No doubt the video is intended to reach those who will evaluate him for a cabinet position.
He’s using the Don Quixote approach I see.
Remember, for the professional left, especially Barack Obama and Eric Holder, fabrication and lies are viewed as positive traits. Through the prism of controlling behavior, controlling what people do and ultimately leveraging/threatening a person to ensure adherence to an objective, the lies are part of how professional leftists control people. This is all very dark and twisted stuff.
During any ‘vetting’ process, Eric Holder and Barack Obama would view any “stolen valor” type issue as a net positive. The voting left are essentially “NPCs,(Non-Player Character)” brainless nonthinkers who follow the hive mindset.

This video, to me, looks like it was a PR show designed for Pritzker to show off his VP appeal. It would appear though that Pritzker simply “blew it” regarding his VP aspirations considering, should Kamala win, the Presidency his goal would be set back 8 years. Should Trump win Pritzker might have a shot at it in 4 years but by that time a lot of Pritzker’s headlines will be found out to be just more dark holes that were money grabbers rather than the utopian dreams promised by Pritzker. You know what this was? It was a self promotional video created as part of his attempt to be the VP nominee for that cackling clown Harris. Guess he can file this in the folder of “$hit we won’t be able to use/failed attempt to get in the White House”

I suspect he was never really a VP possibility and that this ad is made for use at the convention, perhaps just prior to a speech he will give there.

Spot on. The 2024 DNC has always been JB’s national spotlight moment. He dreams of a political launch equivalent to Obama’s 2004 DNC keynote address. I guarantee you that JB has been refining and practicing this speech for the past two or three years. The recent VP kerfuffle was a potential detour but nevermind, JB’s back onto the original plan. JB has targeted the White House ever since Bloomberg’s 2020 attempt to purchase the office. All of Illinois has been and is cannon fodder for the Pritzker for President Campaign.
Two things 1) Election pundits are saying Walz is an ‘unforced error’ – doesn’t help Harris except with the pro-terrorist faction of Democrats 2) Harris was effectively kicked out of the ‘situation room’ due to her idiotic comments and cackling!!!

Will there be just one legacy media outlet in IL that will call Pritzker out for this whopper of a lie? I completely doubt it. The local news media couldn’t even bring itself to more than mention the ‘Kamala Crash’ yesterday in the equity markets – goes against their gaslighting marching orders.. The DNC is convinced that it can win any election with gaslighting and ballot harvesting.

Yes, but in most cases, there is a clear difference between the two parties. Republicans and Democrat politicians hate each other, they can’t even speak to each other, unless it involves funding Ukraine, Israel or raising taxes.
