Sounds to me like 7 out of eight car owners doubt CPD’s ability to stop any kind of criminal activity against them. I could be wrong. Perhaps those guns were just bored and took themselves out for a joy ride. Stop Gun joy riding.

I don’t own a gun, but if I did, the last place I would leave it is in my parked car in Chicago!
