Although upgrades are surely needed, to an extent, it seems that the CTU feels nothing is too good for buildings that house underperforming, truant staff and likewise students. Let’s not forget to upgrade the +20 underutilized schools as well.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
