First, allow and even encourage hordes of illegal immigrants to move to Illinois; then, figure out whether you can take care of them. Sounds about right for the City of Chicago and State of Illinois leaders’ mentality.

Who does it benefit to have families with children peddling at every stop on the blue line? How is society better when indigent, illiterate and poor families from the other side of the planet are dropped into the Addison Blue Line to beg for money? How is this a good thing? Why does anyone believe this was a good idea?
