A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
What it tells you is that not everyone who lives in Illinois is a brain dead vegetable, just 85% of them. The people who remain there are just cowardly, subservient slaves incapable of self determination. Lacking any back bone or self respect. They deserve everything their masters heap on them. Humans would revolt at their subjugation. Not Illinoisans. Illinoisans revolt at the slavery of the old south, but they revel in their own slavery which is more insidious. Interesting fact, is that the slaveholders were always and still are democrats. Hilarious.
It says if you want a change you have to move to another state.
