It is a disgrace that Illinois continues to ignore implementing school vouchers. It seems as if the Dems in IL thrive on creating a culture of dependent citizens – by neglecting those students who clearly are not performing on grade level, but passed along to the next grade anyway. Otherwise, it is very hard to explain why any adult, let alone a gaggle of teachers and administrators, would allow a child’s education to be so detrimentally impacted.
