Hmm.. how about the fact that ISP is allowed to do their job without oversight from police administrators, mayors that want to defund them and a bunch or race baiting hollering from SJW’s?
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
