A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Interestingly while the blacks are complaining there is not enough funding for the homeless their elected politicians in Chicagoland have decided to maintain the City’s status as a sanctuary city. Well there is only so much money so which is it? Make a decision. Do you want homeless funding for your fellow blacks or instead want funding for the immigrants? Such a simple question that needs to be answered in the simple terms of yes or no once and for all.
You forgot the word ILLEGAL before immigrants.
Chicago just blocked proposal that would allow law enforcement to cooperate with ICE on targeting ILLEGAL criminal migrants so I think it is answered.
