Barrington doesn’t have many illegal migrants living there, as most citizen taxpayers couldn’t afford the real estate costs. Elgin, on the other hand, is relatively cheap, so legal and illegal migrants tend to congregate there. Districts should being saying, “Hope you enjoyed your free education on taxpayer’s dime. Now it’s time to return home with your American education and improve your own country. Buh-bye!”
