State Rep. Lisa Hernandez: Trump wants to convince you immigrants don’t belong here. He’s wrong. – Chicago Sun-Times

"Those Illinois residents too afraid to pray in person together are just a handful of the 1.8 million immigrants — 14 percent of the state’s population —who call Illinois home and contribute immensely to its prosperity. ... Immigrants make up 18 percent of the Illinois labor force, including 25 percent of entrepreneurs, 26 percent of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) workers, and 19 percent of nurses."

Legal immigrants are fine. Illegal invaders are not . I know it is hard but spend some time and try to understand the difference!

Immigrants come in through the front door. Invited and welcomed.

Thieves sneak in via an open window. Uninvited and disdained.

That’s the difference, Lisa. That’s one of many reasons your party is lost in a wilderness of lunacy.

Of course Rep. Hernandez is dishonestly mixing employment and economic data for both legal immigrants of all types (naturalized citizens, green card holders, H1B visa holders, etc.) with illegal immigrants to distort the impact of illegals immigrants. So obvious and so dishonest, but yet so predictable.

That’s all Democrats do is lie. But the good news is that DC Democrats are as powerless as the IL GOP. Both can blather on for hours about nothing and have zero impact.
