A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
We are not the enemy, we are the victim of a one-party state, and the IL GOP’s problem is a symptom of the disease. It’s like this in all one-party states.
