Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Why don’t you two jackasses do your actual jobs and go after Lion Electric who stole $95M from tax payers without delivering any of the products they promised. Get the money back for the tax payers of Illinois.
THIS CASE WILL BE A LOSS FOR THE GOOD GUYS, it’s a Biden Judge, we all know what that means!
“The case was assigned to U.S. District Judge Lindsay C. Jenkins, who was appointed by former President Joe Biden.”
The the Federal government has Constitutional authority to prosecute anyone who impedes their efforts to stop illegal entry into this country. Pritzker and Johnson should be arrested.
Dear ICE agents, bring some extra large handcuffs and a triple X waist chain when you drag Jumbo Pritzger away to face multiple felony charges.
Kwame has got to stop using AI to rewrite the Constitution.
I honestly do not care what IL Leftists Democrats do – lawlessness is at their core as they have proved that yearly for a long time. However, what I do care about is that IL’s Leftist Democrats cut their noses off to spite themselves, i.e. lose Federal tax dollars.

But they still could not enact law to protect them or get in the way of Federals deporting them. If they… Read more »
Wow. More Illinois tax dollars wasted in a losing legal case. All to support the Pritzker for President Campaign. Kwaumie is truly a Superman. How does Kwaumie find the time for this work along side of his vigorous pursuit of corrupt Illinois politicians like Tiffany Henyard.
will it be a losing case, at least for now? Biden judge is making the ruling, and it’s rare for a Biden judge to rule against Democrats…
Regardless of what our out of touch public servants think, It will all come down to funding.
Kwame’s interpretation of the Tenth Amendment is comical. He must not have done too well in his Con Law class.
The champion of trans rights and empty prisons gets circles run around him time and time again. He’s a big fish in Springrad, but on the national stage, he’s just another ill equipped fool that could be sent packing by any decent first year law student.
