Pritzker’s State of the State earns mostly high marks from Labor leaders – St. Louis/Southern Illinois Labor Tribune

However, Illinois Federation of Teachers President Dan Montgomery was disappointed the governor did not mention the Tier 2 pension issue in his address. The tiered pensions in Illinois continue to be one of the top priorities for Labor leaders in Illinois this year. “The IFT remains committed to pension reforms that ensure all public servants can retire with dignity and receive what they earned,” Montgomery said, calling Tier 2 a “grossly unfair” pension that hobbles the state’s ability to recruit and retain educators.

Why not work with dignity?

Hello, Indiana!

It’s not surprising that the unions are lining the block to lick Pritzgers ample backside. Have you seen/ heard the commercials touting the outrageous benefits if you take a position being offered currently by the state of IL? Wanna work part time at a full time rate? Sure! Want five weeks (?) paid vacay a year? Why not? Want as much maternity, sick time to suit you? Go ahead! Jesus.

Isn’t Illinois Fun?

Of course the unions approved of their union rep in the governors seat.

It’s clear Illinois has legalized to many drugs if labor leaders give JB high marks.

JB cut $400M in healthcare for undocumented immigrants aged 42-64. Exactly who is he referring to? Illegals who arrived within the past few years or those who have been here for many years or decades. Every photo I’ve seen for the new arrivals are in their 20’s or mostly young none of which looked 42-64. I have not seen one photo of anyone who is over 60. Where or who will the $400M go to now?
