Certainly illegal and unconstitutional. Another waste of taxpayer dollars fighting an unwinnable lawsuit paid by the taxpayers. Disgusting. Virtue signaling ain’t free.
The phrase “diversity, equity, and inclusion” and the acronym DEI should be struck from the lexicon.
Instead call it like it is: “sanctioned DISCRIMINATION.”

One of many reasons that I voted for Trump. His ‘style’ and language often annoy me and there are some issues which I disagree. But Trump has by far the best agenda for the nations’ future and the guts to proceed.
