Between 2020 and 2024, California, New York, and Illinois each lost more than 100,000 thousand residents. Florida and Texas, meanwhile, both gained around 2 million residents. The disparity is shocking. If the numbers hold, "the electoral impact could be disastrous for Democrats."
Wisconsin and Pennsylvania are slowly turning reliably red like Ohio. Democrats elitist fervor and abandonment of the working class will continue that trend.

It was D’s gamble to let in 20,000,000 illegal immigrants hoping to turn some of those blue states red. The illegals are giving birth to American Citizen children (for now at least) and in 20 years they will all likely vote Democrat at a 3:1 ratio. In a generation it remains to be seen how many of those red states remain blue. Older Democrats are playing the long game, and the younger BIPOC generation of Democrat politicians (IL’s Ramirez, AOC, etc) see themselves as inheriting a BIPOC Democrat majority in DC. A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
That all the green/ gray states were to become overwhelmingly Republican and the others left to be Dem territory would be beyond my wildest dreams.
