Eating, drinking, sleeping, peeing, pooping, copulating, giving birth, smoking, drugging, etc.?
Some of these activities may fall into this vast and undefined category and be totally unacceptable to a civilized society.

I hope those that voted Welch and all the other socialists into power have to fend off drugged up losers and step around piles of feces, garbage and used syringes when they try to use a public park. Then again, they probably don’t take their kids to the parks anyway.
