Very well done article. The new contract is the blueprint for more failure ahead. A triumph of that god we are commanded to worship- public union collective bargaining.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
