IL woman who missed 8 court dates petitions Supreme Court for jail release – Center Square

Special Assistant Attorney General Alan Spellberg defended the judge’s decision to jail Aimee Stewart. “When a judge is satisfied that the evidence shows that the defendant will not appear in court, regardless of the conditions, the judge has the inherent authority to deny pretrial release,” said Spellberg.

Remember that democrats love criminals and hate victims. A victim to them is nothing but an inconvenienced cry baby but a criminal deserves to have their rights protected. Democrats hate you and hate America
