Prediction: Cook County government, dominated by Democrats, will put on a WWE style defense of the suit UNTIL it ultimately throws in the towel and “agrees” to a multi-million dollar settlement which awards the class plaintiffs pennies, while the class plaintiffs attorneys reap hundreds of thousands in fees.
