The Illinois exodus continues to speed up and the daily decisions that these three amigos make on behalf of Illinois taxpayers further cements Illinois as a State that is dying a slow death. Anyone who hasn’t seriously started to pack up to get out of Illinois needs to have their head examined before most of their assets are confiscated.
