Hundreds attend Chicago’s anti-Trump ‘Good Trouble’ protest: “Let us go forward unafraid” – Chicago Sun-Times

Hundreds of people gathered Thursday at Daley Plaza in Chicago as part of the city’s “Good Trouble Lives On” protest, a reference to the late civil rights leader and congressman John Lewis. The protest is expected to include a rally and speakers.

Looks like a gathering of everyone who still subscribes to the Chicago Sun Times.

Golly. You cancel USAID and its slush fund money and the cash for paid demonstrators drys up. Taxpayer funded “fiery but mostly peaceful’ protestors is extinguished. The Democrats AKA Communists only paid campaign protestors now are the scum thieving parasites of SEIU, CTU and AFSCME.

The guy in the green shirt has a look like someone told him Beyonce was going to be performing. Only to realize it was Brandon instead.

If these protesters are for illegals, then put shelters and housing in their neighborhoods. Bet if that happened, they wouldn’t be pro illegals much longer.

Anyone else getting tired of these paid geezers and clueless unemployables protesting everything everywhere everyday? Enough, already.

Lots of Baby Boomers who never held a job long enough to qualify for Social Security or accumulate any assets still want to feel “relevant”.

That’s one way of putting it. Mine won’t be all that much different, but I’ll just say he’s not wanting himself or others in his general state of life to be considered “totally worthless” as those those younger and/ or in a better state of life sometimes are inclined to say.

That was my first thought. “Hundreds?” Seems like these anti Trump protests are losing steam, just like during his first term. He’s not going to resign or be impeached, his border policies are working, and there’s no recession in sight. And who’s going to miss work on a Thursday afternoon to protest except government employees and union workers. Haven’t read anything either about all the suburban protests that were promised.

Like the whiny children they are, they are trying to wear down the adults in the room with a constant barrage of noise. A solid week of plus 90 degree temperatures will put the kabosh on that.
