I’d gladly ride the El even with smoking if I could avoid the risk of being assaulted and robbed. Avoiding both smoke and assault would be nice.

Oh, grrrrr, Mayor Cliff Notes. Way to aggressively tackle the big problems facing Chicago. Will this also include weed? Or is that somehow more pleasant for riders to bathe in on their CTA journey?
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
