Man beat, robbed casino patron — while on pretrial release for robbing another casino patron: prosecutors – CWB Chicago

Willie Greenwood, 27, was initially ordered detained for robbing casino shuttle bus riders in Chinatown in March. But Judge Timothy Joyce decided to release him a month later without even requiring an ankle monitor, according to court records.

Lib judges and lawyers love repeat offenders. They keep them employed. Every con sent to prison is one less money stream for all that are employed through the legal system.

If you think the problem is because of no cash bail, first figure out the chance he would have had bail set and whether he would have made bail.
