A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Not only are there current budget deficits, but deficits are predicted for years down the road. This is but the tip of the iceberg that Chicago is about to run into.

30 bucks an hour? Thats horrible. Hopefully the pay is much better than that.
