Ultra-wealthy Illinois Dem gov hits back at Mamdani for declaring billionaires shouldn’t exist – New York Post

Gov. JB Pritzker, an heir to the Hyatt hotel fortune, Sunday rattled off his beliefs in universal healthcare, free public education, democracy and opposition to “MAGA Republicans” as evidence that he is a legit Democrat. “It does not matter what your income level is. What matters is what your values are. And that’s what makes me a Democrat,” the ultra-wealthy pol contended.

Wait until those audiotapes with him and Blago resurface where he tells Rod about what position he wanted in State Government, and how Jesse White was the “lease offensive” African-American candidate for office.
Throw in his Toilet Tantrum to get a break on the Property Tax payrolls, and Illinois’ failures under his “leadership”, and you’ll have an early exit from the Primaries.

“Look, how much money you have doesn’t determine what your values are,” Pritzker fired back on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

Governor Happy Meal Warrior is 100% accurate on this one. He’s a trust fund baby billionaire and he has horrible values. Being a low moral, no ethics person crosses all marginal tax rate levels from the dirt poor to the dirty liberal rich.

Mamdani says one thing but does the opposite. He says there should be no billionaires but will gladly take their money to run for mayor.

JB and Mamdani, and Sanders are hypocrites. They can be ultra rich, but no one else can. When are they going to donate their millions to the less fortunate

He talks about an “income level” as if he personally earned his billions. It was handed to him, he did nothing to earn it.

Don’t look now JB, but the young bucks in your beloved, duplicitous Dem party have decided you, Pelosi, Crackpot Bernie and all the other billionaire lifers need to go. Nothing is quite as satisfying as watching a snake feed upon itself.

JB The Hutt knows that only a capitalist society can produce enough food to keep up with his 12 giant meals a day day plan.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
